Meet Michelle
Michelle C. Mendez-Roman, brings her passion for nurturing growth and transformation to Softopolis, as she takes on the role of new owner of this Montessori-inspired children’s wellness center. With over a decade of experience, rich background in coaching and facilitating extraordinary experiences for individuals and families, Michelle is dedicated to creating a warm and supportive environment where children aged 0-5 and their caretakers can thrive.
As a Co-CEO at JLTD Inc., Michelle has honed her skills in guiding others towards their personal and professional goals, and now she brings that same commitment to Softopolis. Her belief in the importance of holistic development is reflected in every aspect of the center, from its Montessori-inspired curriculum to its engaging indoor playground.
Background
Michelle holds the esteemed title of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from The Coaches Training Institute, a testament to her dedication to excellence in coaching. She has also acquired multiple certifications from Anthony Robbins, including Mastery University, Leadership Academy, and Business Mastery. Michelle’s passion for serving others has been evident throughout her career, particularly during her 6 years as a Coaching Coordinator for Anthony Robbins Results Coaching. In this role, she personally connected with over 15,000+ individuals worldwide and contributed significantly to their personal and professional development journeys.
In addition to her coaching background, Michelle brings invaluable experience from her time at major television networks Telemundo and NBC, where she served as an executive assistant working directly with the President and Executive Team. This role provided her with unique insights into leadership and organizational dynamics, further enhancing her ability to support others on their paths to success.
Michelle’s journey has been marked by a deep-seated desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives, and Softopolis is the culmination of that vision. With her leadership, the center will continue to be a place where children and their caretakers can learn, play, and grow in a nurturing environment.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Michelle finds joy in traveling, exploring, and spending time with her own family. Her passion for serving others and her dedication to creating meaningful experiences make her the perfect steward for Softopolis as it embarks on its next chapter.
